Nothing Left To Prove
Share
What would your life look like if you knew you had God's approval?
I think a lot of people secretly feel like they’re not enough.
Not good enough.
Not wanted enough.
Not successful enough.
Not worthy enough to be fully loved.
So we spend our lives trying to prove ourselves.
We chase attention.
Validation.
Success.
Relationships.
Anything that temporarily makes us feel seen.
But no matter how much approval you get from people, it never fully satisfies.
Because people’s approval was never meant to define your identity.
It changes too often.
People celebrate you when you’re winning and disappear when you’re struggling.
They love the version of you that’s confident, successful, funny, attractive, put together.
But what happens when you’re not?
That’s why the love of Jesus is so different.
Jesus doesn’t wait for the polished version of you.
He moves toward people at their worst.
The tired version.
The anxious version.
The insecure version.
The version of you that feels like nobody else would understand.
And somehow He still says, “I want you.”
I honestly think if people understood that, there would be so much more joy in the world.
Not because life suddenly becomes easy.
But because you’d finally stop living like you have to earn love all the time.
You’d stop carrying the pressure of being perfect.
You’d stop obsessing over what everyone thinks about you.
You’d stop feeling like one mistake defines your worth.
You’d finally breathe again.
That’s what Jesus does. He brings people back to life.
That’s why we talk about Him so much at the 99.
We know what it feels like to be lost.
To chase things that never satisfy.
To look for worth in people’s opinions.
To feel empty even when life looks fine on the outside.
And we’ve found that nothing compares to being loved by Jesus.
Nothing.
There’s freedom in it.
Freedom to be real.
Freedom to heal.
Freedom to stop pretending.
That’s the heart behind the 99.
A reminder that Jesus still leaves the ninety-nine for the one.
Still pursues the lost.
Still moves toward broken people with love instead of rejection.
And maybe that’s why the love of Jesus feels so different from everything else in this world.
Because when you finally realize God fully sees you and still fully wants you…
You have nothing left to prove.
